Yield is a farm financial management platform that helps farmers and ranchers track income, expenses, fields, crops, livestock, and equipment. The Service provides financial reports, health scores, and AI-powered insights.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to transmit any harmful or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' use of the Service.
5. Payment and Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase.

The reports and insights generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. In no event shall Yield be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
